BIOGRAPHY

Born in Northern Italy, Paola Bossola began her career in film and content production across Miami and Los Angeles, working on independent films, studio projects, and photography campaigns before shifting her focus toward purpose-driven storytelling.

​

Her move to New York City marked a defining chapter as she immersed herself in documentary filmmaking, exploring urgent global issues ranging from factory farming and climate change to the societal impact of media violence. Her commitment to meaningful content led her to the iconic children’s program Sesame Street, where she contributed to outreach initiatives and season specials.

At Oliver Agency, Paola played a pivotal role in building and scaling Unilever’s in-house production studio across New York, New Jersey, and London. She collaborated with global markets throughout the Unilever network, supporting initiatives such as “unstereotyping” advertising in partnership with the Unstereotype Alliance under UN Women.

​

Transitioning to Media.Monks, Paola assumed a pivotal role in establishing central production operations for BMW and MINI. Her expertise in campaign processes and team management streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiency across global and 29+ markets' operations.

 

Most recently, Paola served as Creative Operations Lead at Netflix, overseeing creative operations for the Product Discovery & Promotion organization across the EMEA region. She led end-to-end creative production, helped shape workflow design, and drove cross-regional operational alignment for major title launches.

Today, Paola provides selective consulting services to organizations seeking to modernize their creative and production operations. She partners with teams across EMEA and beyond to design scalable content models, streamline workflows, and build systems that enable creative excellence in an industry shaped by rapid technological evolution.
